I also wanted to let you know, we do offer a really
inexpensive multi-user license called a "Lab License that you may be able
to meet
the qualifications for a purchase of? The Lab license would allow your students
to use the "full version" of GAUSS 5.0. A Lab license is an annual
renewable license, which includes Premier Support and it's pricing is guaranteed
to remain the same for the first 3 years of your license.
Applications may be added to this license, and they are priced according to an
annual rewable amount as well. Pricing begins with a 10 user minimum.
and goes up in price increment levels of 10 thereafter (ie., 10,20,30,40, etc..)
You may install your license as "stand alone" installations? or you
may add the "network" option to have a "Lab with network option
license" for no additional cost, and this would allow you to load GAUSS
5.0 on as
many networked machines in the room that you like?, and our license manager will
just control the "concurrent" usage count for as many as you have
purchased the license for (ie., 10,20,30,40,etc..) I have listed the qualifications
for this type of license below for you to review:
Lab License Qualfications;
Is GAUSS intended for instructional purpose for students use? Are users contained in "one-room"?
If users are not contained in one-room, and/or GAUSS may be used for funded
research & faculty use, then you wouldn't qualify for a
"Lab" license however, you would qualify for the purchase of a
"Site" license, which "does" allow for this usage at a
little higher annual
renewable rate. Please ask for Site pricing & info if interested?
A Lab of 10 is only $555 a year and it "includes" Premier
Support! 20 is only $805
a year and it "includes" Premier Support!
30 is only $1055 a year and it "includes" Premier Support! 40 is only $1305 a year and it
"includes" Premier Support! etc...,
